About the Roundtables

We undertook the largest ever study of board materials with ICSA (with over 2,000 contributions thus far) and found that 64% of Company Secretaries rate their board pack as ‘weak’ or ‘poor’. Yet, with every month that goes by, there is growing regulatory, parliamentary, and public scrutiny on board materials.

When asked what is the biggest barrier to improvement, 61% of Company Secretaries cite simply not having the time to effect change. In response, our 2019 breakfast series will focus on quick wins and how to improve your board materials in a few hours rather than days. Join our breakfast series to hear the common challenges your peers face, what good looks like, and how to get there.
